I Can Make Calls But Not Receive Them

This may happen if you are using your new Truphone SIM before your number has been ported from your former operator. In this case your service is working with a temporary number which will allow you to make calls, but if someone calls your number, and your old SIM has been removed from your device, you will not be reachable.
