Ralph Steffens

Ralph is a highly experienced and innovative business leader. With a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology, he has been a leading figure in developing and modernising the telecoms infrastructure across many regions, including Europe, Australia and India.

Before joining Truphone, he was COO of Reliance Jio Infocom in India, where he oversaw the delivery of a national fibre network. He was also COO for NBN Co. in Australia and Managing Director at BT in the UK.

When he's not motorcycling in the Australian Outback, he enjoys a round of golf.

Adam Hall

Adam leads our Finance, Commercial and Legal Teams – he is passionate about driving commercial innovation within technology businesses.

Before joining Truphone, Adam was Finance Director at Stansted Airport and CFO for Worldpay UK. A highly experienced senior finance leader, he has extensive industry, transaction and transformation experience in telecoms, IT, financial services and infrastructure, including a 17 year career at BT. Adam qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1994.

Married with two children, he is a keen skier and enjoys playing cricket and ice hockey.

IGOR BORISOGLEBSKI

Igor leads our technology teams from Portugal, ensuring Truphone provides the best connectivity worldwide.

With first class degrees in both Telecommunications Engineering and International Management, he's pioneering game-changing technology.

An amateur astronomer, Igor also enjoys a round of golf and making wine.

Steve Alder

Steve leads our global strategic partnerships for future business opportunities.

As Senior Vice President and iPhone Director at Telefonica, he was responsible for bringing the iPhone to the UK, with an exclusive deal between O2 and Apple. He was also CEO for start-up business Jajah Inc in San Francisco.

A season-ticket holder of Chelsea F.C, he regularly goes with his wife and three children.

Ian Jones

Ian leads our Legal and Company Secretarial Team which looks after all our legal issues and supports the board of the Company. The team also oversees property and facilities management.

As a senior in-house counsel, Ian has worked globally with organisations in different sectors and of various sizes for over 20 years, as both an in-house lawyer and in private practice.

Out of the office, Ian writes and lectures on legal ethics, regulatory compliance and risk management. He is a member of the Law Society Conveyancing and Land Law Committee, as well as being the Chair of its Regulatory Working Group. Ian also supports the New Futures Nepal Charity having completed various treks to raise money for them (he is off to Annapurna on another in Spring 2019). He is a passionate advocate of promoting good mental health in the workplace.

Dina Knight

Dina is responsible for establishing and driving Truphone's people strategy.

With over 27 years' experience in private and plc business environments, Dina has a successful track record of establishing and integrating high-performing human resources functions, with a focus on ensuring HR is a valued strategic and operational business partner.

Before joining Truphone, Dina worked in a variety of senior HR roles, predominantly within the technology sector.

Darren Buttrick

Darren leads the sales teams at Truphone – he has a proven track record of running both small and large sales teams as well as leading teams running complex international bids.

He has over 20 years' experience in the telecoms industry that includes time spent at Telefonica O2 group in sales roles covering indirect consumer, wholesale/MVNO, enterprise and multi-national. As the UK Sales Director for Telefonica Global Solutions he transformed the business unit to become the highest performing operating business for Telefonica.

Mark Conway

Mark leads both the Marketing and Product teams at Truphone – he is a champion of disruptive innovation, with an entrepreneurial instinct. He has invested over 14 years in the telecoms industry with a corporate pedigree that includes time spent at Vodafone, Lycamobile and Digicel in roles ranging from product development, to marketing and commercial operations.

Prior to Truphone, Mark co-founded a breakout mobile LTE operator based in the Caribbean. He was Managing Director for two years before strategically leading the business to a successful acquisition.

Mark enjoys spending time with his young family, and is an avid lover of sports, an experienced mountain climber and attained a black belt in Karate.

Harry Odenhoven

A master of digital strategy and customer care, Harry has spent his international career in several executive positions in telecommunications and e-business services. His work has taken him around Europe and Asia where he has held roles at KPN, Telkomsel, Peoples Phone, and Spotcast. Until recently, Harry was working with Vodafone in London as the Group Customer Experience & Operations Director. He was involved in developing and launching its global customer care and digital strategy across international markets. 

Harry lives in the city of Haarlem, near Amsterdam, with his wife. Harry is a dedicated fan of Ajax football club. He also loves movies, music and long-distance running.
