We are looking for a highly dedicated Customer Service Agent to support our customers via phone, email and chat to our customers. In our Manila, Philippines office we provide 24x7 customer services support in English, Dutch and Cantonese.

We are looking for someone to join our Cantonese team at present to support our customers both in Cantonese and English. English is our business language so if this is not your first language it must be of a high standard.  If you speak Cantonese and English and speak one of our other languages too that is a bonus!

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as first line support to our corporate customers - aiming to solve their technical queries by phone, email and chat
  • Tracking, collating and responding to customer issues within agreed timescales
  • Escalating and liaising with our Technical Support (TS) in Portugal for more complicated cases
  • Working closely with Service Delivery Managers and Account Managers to help support, grow and retain customer accounts though great service support.

Skills and experience required

  • Service oriented background and skill sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal Cantonese and English proficiency - able to take technical information and translate into easily understandable language for customers.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills - including handling complaints effectively
  • Good teamwork, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to understand and follow technical processes accurately
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ticketing systems and customer service procedures.
  • Knowledge of supporting GSM is a plus
  • A professional and collaborative demeanor.
