Main Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team. Your goal is to ensure our customers get a first-class experience - enabling the success of the business by taking on one of the essential parts of the customer journey and our acceleration plan for the IoT business.

We'll empower you to make your mark and contribute towards the objective of delivering on our promises, with a high degree of accuracy.

You'll be reporting to the Head of Onboarding and Billing Operations, and moving into a fabulous distributed team of individuals, that strive to excel and continuously improve.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with every external customer and every person in Truphone, giving you exposure to the whole business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Sales team - dealing with day-to-day queries and requests
  • Sales Operations - processing orders, shipping orders, stock management
  • Customer Service and Technical Support - assisting with customer queries: billing, credit, orders, de-activation requests; pairing up with tech ops stars and collaborate towards excellence
  • Systems - working and updating the CRM system
  • Other - liaise with Sales, Billing, Development and Operations teams to agree on how to meet the requirements of the Customer; general administration tasks

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative/Sales Support role
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines - changing gears between tasks as needed
  • Experience in the telecoms sector
  • Tech savvy and a problem-solver - someone who doesn't shy away from getting the job done
