Main Purpose of the Role

We need an enthusiastic individual to join our Sales Operations team, who likes digging into details to solve problems and provide admin and system support to our sellers throughout the sales process. This is a new role with broad responsibilities that will contribute to establishing new processes, new boilerplates, ensure agreed best practice is adhered to and that we consistently issue top proposals, supporting our aggressive growth aspirations.  We are moving into new markets, developing fresh propositions from scratch and driving disruption across the global mobility market.  You will be self-sufficient, curious, fun to work with but difficult when you need to be.

We expect you to bring solid work ethic and a desire to develop in Sales Operations and Bid Support. Key Responsibilities

  • CRM reporting and analysis
    • Run regular reports, review data and take corrective actions as required
    • Prepare management presentations and data analysis
  • Bid Support
    • Support preparation of customer proposals, define standards for best practice and consistency is applied
    • Oversee bid process, establish quality control, ensure deadlines are met and agreed actions are completed throughout the bid cycle
    • Ensure that proposal boilerplates are available in central repository for use by all sellers globally
    • Work with Marketing to apply consistent branding and messaging in proposals
  • Process compliance
    • Update Sharepoint with relevant information, like proposal templates, and ensure that best practices are applied by the sales team
    • Contribute with ideas to process improvements in the end to end sales process
    • Sales Effectiveness
      • Liaise with Commercial, Marketing and other teams on sales related matters
      • Administrating sales data, accurate input of all order & customer related details
      • Perform other duties assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Good command of English, verbal and written. Other languages beneficial (e.g. Dutch or German)
  • Attention to details
  • Proven work experience in Sales Support or as a Proposals Coordinator
  • Hands on experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) & MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to attack any task, big or trivial
  • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure sales environment
