Main Purpose of the Role

Exciting opportunity to join Truphone in a transformation role and drive our growth in France. Truphone is redefining Global Mobility Management in the Enterprise market and winning new clients through our innovation and investment in multi-national mobility solutions. Truphone is at the forefront of eSIM and IoT technologies and bringing a fresh approach to the Enterprise market. The role scope is to chase new Enterprise clients based our differentiated global mobility solutions and leverage our continued investment in presence and capability in France.

Purpose of the Role

The role is primarily responsible for the development and performance of new sales activities across multiple verticals (Investment Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, Legal and Technology, fashion, industry). Achievement of maximum sales growth in line with company vision, values and budget. Establishes specific sales plans and strategies to win new business and contribute to the development of marketing strategies to target and acquire new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage and win sales opportunities to maximize new revenue opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales plans to win key sales
  • Mid and long-term strategic Account Planning
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new accounts
  • Initiate a plan to expend Truphone solutions cross countries for French customers.
  • Collaboration with Finance, Legal, Customer Service and Service Delivery groups to deliver key client outcomes and solutions
  • Ensures proper qualification of sales leads/opportunities and provide high quality opportunity management during all phases of the sales cycle
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management on sales opportunities and forecasts
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports submitted by internal and external clients
  • Create and conduct client proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Core Skills

  • Dynamic personality, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and commitment,
  • Proven acquisition sales skills to break-in and present winning solutions across multiple enterprise sector verticals
  • Strong background with mid-market enterprise segment.
  • Good, in depth knowledge of mobile essential, having worked in either an MNO or MVNO for 10 years.
  • Customer centric and authentic sales behaviours
  • Network of contacts in the Enterprise sector is mandatory
  • Demonstrable past successes through effective selection, qualification and engagement of target accounts
  • Proven track record through disruptive GTM and business development strategies
  • Effective pipeline and forecast management, Mid and long-term activity and campaign planning
  • Structured sales methodology to drive opportunities throughout the client's buying cycle
  • Must be very confident, exudes presence and gravitas, able to build trusted advisor status with clients and be comfortable working at senior levels within the client
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
  • Local language and strong English verbal and written skills
