Main Purpose of the role

Our mission is to enable simple mobile connectivity for any device, anywhere in the world.

As the product manager for our Entitlements server you will work closely with our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive our compelling vision for the future of connectivity and deliver this to market in close collaboration with our world-class engineers, user experience and marketing teams.

You will be accountable for theproduct definition, delivery and in-life management of the Truphone Entitlements service that makes enabling eSIM and remote management of iOS, Android and IoT devices super simple.

You will be the thought leader and expert on Truphone entitlements product and shaping how we support some of largest network operators in the world adopt eSIM in a painless manner.

You will be key in supporting Sales, Marketing, Operations and Business development winning new customers and partners whilst working with Engineering teams to evolve the product to take advantage of Truphone's unique technology, global network and management platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product roadmap for the Truphone Entitlements platform
  • Establish a clear view of customer needs, simplifying complex issues and developing appropriate solutions for their needs.
  • Engaging with GSMA, iOS and Android ecosystem to ensure compatibility to latest specifications
  • Working with new and existing customers to define product strategies and identify opportunities to expand market share.
  • Manage the lifecycle of new product and service development through launch - opportunity assessment, requirements definition, pricing, competitive analysis, development, and product launch.
  • Maintain a constant focus on product quality and improvement.
  • Create Product Requirements that clearly define what is needed to create a competitive offering.
  • Contribute to the internal and external product evangelism
  • Support the development of sales tools and collateral

Skills and experience required

  • Minimum 7 years experience with at least 4 years product management or architecture experience in software or integration.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful product experiences to customers as a product or technical leader.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Significant experience in presentations to internal and external executives.
  • Experience with software products in the Telco sector but working for a Telco is not required
  • Hands-on approach to test features, set up demos, work through complex customer challenges, etc.
  • Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities. There will always be more than you can do in a day so you need to continually make sure you have the right priorities and focus.
  • Exceptional technical abilities with demonstrated ability to earn the respect of high caliber engineering teams.
  • API definition and integration
  • Experience creating cloud software services and product documentation
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or other technical field required.
  • API management and customer integration experience is necessary
  • Experience with cloud pricing models
