Key responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners  
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks  
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Manage users accounts
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Possibly training more junior staff members
  • Team leader of 1st Line IT Support Engineers


Windows server administration

  • Windows Server and domain services
  • Manage AD and GPO's
  • Knowledge in Windows versions 2008 r2 to 2012 r2


  • Manage virtual machines
  • Troubleshooting and VM provisioning

Cloud Services

  • Office 365 administration
  • Users and Groups
  • Office 365 applications
  • Powershell


  • Troubleshoot Hardware issues
