Main Purpose of the Role:

This role sits within the digital team in London designing end-to-end experiences for new products while identifying moments that matters for existing ones. You will support marketing activities from acquisition to nurture while you working alongside other creative and motivated team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Meeting stakeholders to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the task
  • Estimating the time required to complete a task and providing time for planning
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within time and resources constraints
  • Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to various stakeholders
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts
  • Working as part of a team with other designers, product managers, web developers and marketing specialists.
  • Mapping journeys and finding friction points across user journeys and of the entire lifecycle from awareness to advocacy, working with all stakeholders in the wider business.
  • Regularly presenting findings to the wider digital team and key stakeholders.
  • Measuring the results of your work with support from our data team, looking for improvements and making a tangible impact to business growth.
  • Support marketing design initiatives with small UI tasks
  • Support internal initiatives and teams with design review and improvements recommendations

 Core Skills

  • MA/BA in Digital Media/ Communication Design OR MA/BA in Graphic Design OR Human Computer Interaction degree OR Design related University degree.
  • Minimum 5 years in similar design role with proven UX & UI experience
  • Experience with end-to-end design including research, wire framing, interaction design, visual design and collaborating with developers to deliver projects.
  • Experience designing digital products at small to medium scale.
  • Self-starter who loves to collaborate with designers, engineers, data, product managers and other teams.
  • Comfortable working in Sketch, Axure and any other tools you would like to bring to the function.
  • A portfolio of your work with examples of interaction and visual design.
  • Proficient within Information Architecture & User Journeys;
  • Excellent understanding of user centred design principles;
  • Understanding of CSS, HTML
