Using Data Roaming on your eSIM.

If you do not have Data Roaming enabled on you Truphone eSIM, in most cases you won’t be able to get online. To enable Data Roaming, follow these steps:

  1. Go to phone Settings
  2. Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data
  3. Tap your My Truphone plan
  4. Scroll down to Data Roaming
  5. Tap the switch on
