You can buy up to 5 data plans on your eSIM. As an existing customer open the My Truphone app and log in to your account. On the dashboard page, tap the green “Add data” button in the top right corner.
From here you will see all the plans available in your current location. To buy a plan for a different location, just tap the location button at the very top and select the location you want.
To set your plan to auto-renew you will have to use a credit card (Apple pay does not support recurring payments). However, you can save your card details for faster checkout next time.
It’s currently not possible to change a non-renewing plan to a renewing plan. However, you can purchase the same plan once this expires, and set it to auto-renew during checkout.
