We never hold voice for recording 'at rest' within Truphone, so you can be confident your oganisation has full control. It's the responsibility of your organisation to take the live voice stream, recording, storage and subsequent chain of custody within existing systems. In addition, we never hold SMS or metadata 'at rest'.
Our phone call recorder presents voice recordings as industry-standard SIP/RTP traffic and present SMS via email or Secure FTP. We can also present metadata to link voice with SMS by email, Secure FTP or REST API, depending on your integration requirements.
