Main Responsibilities of the role

Truphone is building a Customer Success team to handle its emerging and rapidly growing eSIM and IoT product portfolio and customer base. This team is accountable for ensuring these customers have an excellent experience with Truphone from the contract signature to in-life operations. The team operates autonomously and its members are obsessed with automation. While we develop solutions and tools, we also work with our partners and internal stakeholders to onboard and support our customers throughout their lifecycle taking the opportunity to transform those methods in system based processes whenever possible. We end up building and managing close relationships with some of the largest device manufacturers and network operators in the world. We want to help the customer to achieve more with Truphone!

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Truphone Customer Success Team. Your goal will be to lead a portfolio of onboarding projects of new customers in the agreed schedules and promoting high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan and lead a project from start to finish, working with teammates from strategy, business analysis, development and quality assurance;
  • Define and assess project risks, both technical and non-technical in nature, and effectively deploy mitigation plans;
  • Work closely with Technology and Product teams to understand the business requirements and ensure all the changes that need to be made in light of existing feature set, gaps and limitations;
  • Project lead for new onboarding processes and resource management;
  • Directly work with the Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters to plan all the necessary activity/tasks across the teams to achieve the projects delivery milestones and dependencies;
  • Responsible for technical, audit and process documentation update and compliance;
  • Governance and alignment with all relevant stakeholders: externally with the customers and internally with our product management, development and operations teams.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Extensive previous project management experience on complex solutions;
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience;
  • Experience in Infrastructure and/or IT project delivery;
  • Experience in Telecom IT and/or Engineering is a plus;
  • Comfortable in making decisions with uncertainty in a fast-moving environment;
  • Ability to work in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed teams);
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a sense of responsibility and accountability for decisions taken;
  • Ability to bring people together and resolve conflicts;
  • Ability to anticipate issues and react promptly;
  • Ability to work effectively with business partners, challenging where appropriate to give the best solutions/results;
  • Excellent in communication skills, with the ability to communicate at multiple levels in the organization;
  • Advanced in English, both written and oral;
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies is a plus.
