Main Purpose of the Role

The HR Data & Operations Manager plays a key role in our HR team to manage the HR Systems, run and develop the HR Analytics and maintain high standard of data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR systems and tools- maintaining and improving all functionalities, implementing new features and systems and documenting all HRIS processes
  • Provide further efficiencies through the delivery and optimisation of the HRIS (PeopleSource).Serve as first point of contact for all HR technology related queries for all the employees. Provide meaningful insights to the business on all HR metrics (including attrition, headcount, costs, engagement, compensation)
  • Establish effective data and reporting measures which inform and drive recommendations for change
  • Providing a global oversight on the people related trends, risks and challenges with measurable actions
  • Document processes and provide training to employees on the HR systems and processes and the available technology used by the HR team
  • Run systems and data audits to maintain data quality at high standard
  • Proactively advise and work with relevant stakeholders on HR technology and process optimisation
  • Manage and keep updated the Organisation Chart
  • Proactively partner and work together with the global HR team on HR projects and activities
  • Working closely with relevant business units in ensuring timely and accurate data is aligned and presented to the business
  • Acting as a center of excellence for the other team members

Skills and Experience Required

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in working with HR Information Systems
  • Extensive experience in analysing large sets of HR data and a proven track record of presenting it to senior stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office is essential (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Excellent communicator - good written and oral communications skills at all levels
  • Flexible approach with skills in problem solving, judgment and critical and independent thinking
  • Analytical mind set
  • Ability to innovate and improve HR processes.
  • Extensive experience of implementing effective change, policies and legal requirements at multiple country level.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
