Title: Outbound Specialist Germany & Future Team Foreman

Contract type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Purpose of the Role

  • Appointment setting & lead qualification for the German sales team. When successful also build & lead the outbound team for other European countries as a 'team foreman'

What you'll do:

  • Outbound appointment setting for the account team in Germany
  • Pipeline building for Germany
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Qualification of inbound & outbound leads for Germany
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
  • Keep records of calls and record useful information
  • Work together closely with the sales & marketing team
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Who you are:

  • Native German speaker
  • Proven experience as an outbound appointment setter/telemarketer or similar role
  • Proven track record in setting appointments for a sales team
  • Proven experience in leading a team
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Proficient in English
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. SalesForce)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
