Desk Based Account Manager - German and/or Dutch (& English)

Main Purpose of the role
Truphone, an innovative and truly global mobile telecommunications company with their HQ in the UK is looking for an energetic go-getter to manage their client accounts around the world. Out of our office based in Warsaw, you will be responsible for managing our existing clients in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, USA, Australia and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact our global clients via phone & email to renew their contracts
- Actively gather information relating to their current requirements
- Prepare renewal & up-sell contracts
- Liaise with the commercial department regarding pricing as well as new & additional services
- Prospect our existing clients to up-sell our services & products
- Understand our clients business issues with the ability to quickly relate those into sales opportunities
- Develop the right solution for our clients evolving business requirements
- Build trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with our clients
- Share your ideas by actively participating in weekly sales meetings and fulfil associated required sales administrative duties (Sales Force) to support your role
- Represent Truphone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic that will maintain a maximum retention rate and promote growth
Skills and experience required
- Advanced level of spoken & written business German and/or Dutch and English
- Computer literacy
- A resilient and high energy personality with exceptional communication skills
- A strong desire to sell & exceed sales targets
- Prioritises customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated & results oriented
- Skilled in conflict resolution
Desired Skills
- Experience using SalesForce.com
- Telecommunications sales experience would be ideal
- Proficiency in languages: German or Dutch and English
- Knowledge of Spanish, Cantonese/Chinese would be an advantage
