Main Purpose of the Role

A Senior Product Manager with strong Telecoms, IoT and Enterprise experience required, to work for the world's first truly global network, to set the long-term vision and strategy for the company's products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Director of Product and Marketing to determine and communicate the company's product strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers and stakeholders
  • Lead the product lifecycle to support global and local sales across our markets for specific product roadmaps
  • Support new proposition development for new technology initiatives in the company, focusing on eSIM delivery for Enterprise via select digital channels  
  • Manage key stakeholders, develop the customer proposition and produce the product requirements for committed service developments
  • Contribute to the development of new pricing initiatives in collaboration with the Sales, Commercial and Finance teams based on customer insight and the competitive environment
  • Own the product roadmap for a specific product portfolio, for instance: eSIM, VoLTE & VoWiFi
  • Support the go to market execution with team members to ensure sales, marketing, service and operations are ready across all markets
  • Help shape overall customer experience and propositions - including working closely with end consumers of our products and services to help understand their needs and experience
  • Develop measures and actively report on product performance in-life
  • Ensure alignment with the Technology and Business Change teams to ensure the implementation,  delivery, maintenance and evolution of the product in line with business priorities
  • Responsible for product contribution to project management methods and plans
  • Monitor new trends in the industry to maintain Truphone's relevance as a technology leader

Skills and Experience Required

  • Held a similar role within Telecoms, IoT and or Enterprise products.
  • Proven record of enhancing old and/or developing new products and channels to significantly increase revenue.
  • Demonstrable examples of converting technical solutions into clear, end customer requirements.
  • Experience of presenting to, negotiating with and influencing a wide variety of audiences at a senior level.
  • Experience of working in global and virtual teams and engaging with subject matter experts spanning more than one country.
  • 5+ years' experience delivering and managing solutions to business/enterprise segments
  • Experienced in creating detailed customer and proposition requirements capable of being turned into engineering specifications and GTM plans across multiple countries
  • Superior analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities - both creative and commercially grounded

Desired

  • Degree level education in Engineering, Business, Finance or another analytical discipline.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Language skills a plus, particularly fluency in Portuguese, German or Dutch.
