Main Purpose of the role

A key member of the global sales community.  Leading, directing and inspiring a local sales team to deliver for our customers, globally.  To develop, manage, and deliver a sales strategy and plan working with other functional (e.g. Marketing, Service Operations, People and Financial) teams to grow the business and achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achievement of all sales for the region
  • Management and delivery of compliance of all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure KPI performance targets are met
  • Delivery of all key measurables
  • Manage the performance of the sales team to ensure delivery of all sales targets
  • Leadership and motivation of the team through Sales Managers

Skills and experience required

  • Experience in a senior sales management role in the Telecoms industry
  • Outstanding track record in driving sales performance profitably
  • Commercial acumen - demonstrable commercial track record
  • High level sales, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Customer and Consumer insight - understanding of the marketplace and customer
  • High-level knowledge - bespoke customer centric, solution based sales proposition
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities, achieving results through effective engagement
  • The ability to manage, motivate and develop the team
  • Experience of both field and head office environment
  • Charismatic and inspirational with personal credibility
  • Proven ability to thrive and respond under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills - written & oral fluency in English.

Additional information: Local and international travelling might be required occasionally
