Main Purpose of the role

Enabling growth of Truphone business worldwide, by desining, compelling, bundle & pricing deal proposals, based on e.g. available billing information, service usage trends, customer behaviour specifics and competitive landscape of the given market.

Key responsibilities
  • Generating viable inputs for deal shaping (service usage trends & behavior specifics), based on customer bills & call detail records in a variety of formats and languages
  • Providing comparative insight into customer usage specifics/needs and if Truphone is the right fit vs. the competitive landscape of the given market
  • Ensuring the quality and integrity of the data collected, for data-based decision making on customer propositions
  • Conducting one-off research and analysis tasks for specific, highly customized cases

Skills and experience required

  • University degree, finance / business major preferred
  • At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a commercial / pricing / tariff environment or broader business analysis & finance funcion
  • Commercial acumen - must have a grasp of key financial KPIs such as revenue, cost drivers, margin, ROI etc.
  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills to facilitate daily work with other functions (sales, wholesale, legal, technical)
  • Strong Excel skills, ability to analyse and interpret data, identify trends and issues
  • Demonstrable attention to detail, while maintaining a common sense approach
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in Polish & English (minimum B2)
  • Highly motivated and capable of delivering to tight deadlines and targets under pressure
  • Mobile telecoms industry sector background would be great but not essential
