Chief Business Development Officer
Steve Alder leads Truphone’s Strategic Partnerships team, working with device makers, chip makers and mobile operators to provide IoT and eSIM services. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Telefonica, he was responsible for bringing the iPhone to the UK, with an exclusive deal between O2 and Apple. He was also CEO for start-up business Jajah Inc in San Francisco.

Michael Moorfield is responsible for the enterprise connectivity, mobile recording, IoT and eSIM product portfolio in addition to driving the Truphone technology strategy and innovation agenda. He has led the global expansion of Truphone’s eSIM and remote SIM provisioning services and is a leading member of the GSMA eSIM and security accreditation working groups.
Prior to joining Truphone, Michael worked for IBM as a managing consultant for several large multinational banking and telecommunication organisations. Michael holds a degree in Software Engineering from RMIT, Melbourne, Australia.
Technical Director - Gary has been driving innovation of SIM technology ever since its introduction over 25 years ago. He is currently working with the GSMA to deliver eSIM; the latest evolution of SIM.

Pablo leads the Ecosystem Research practice at GSMA Intelligence. He oversees the direction and production of content for a range of research streams such as industry megatrends, technology developments, 5G and network transformation, telecoms and media convergence, and the future of the digital consumer. Pablo has more than 15 years’ experience in the telecoms industry in different roles, including investor relations, equity research and industry research. He holds a Master’s degree in business administration and a postgraduate Master’s degree in statistics and economics from University degli Studi di Roma ‘La Sapienza’.
