Despite mandates to contain international cell phone costs, multinational companies are experiencing an increase in international roaming service charges as more and more employees travel abroad, according to a recent survey of Fortune 1000 companies.

For example, more than one in three respondents spend an average of at least $1000 per user per month on roaming costs for their international travelers.  The question is: what tools and resources do enterprises have at their disposal to reduce the excessive mobile charges racked up by their international travelers?
