We always aim to deliver SIMs as quickly as possible, but obviously delivery can take some time. If you live in the UK or Australia you'll usually have your SIM within 2-3 working days, but other addresses might take a bit longer:

The surest way to unlock your phone is to contact your current operator directly and ask them to unlock it for you. They may charge a small fee for this service.
Alternatively, independant phone locking services are available and you should be able to find one online easily.
We deliver Truphone SIMs anywhere in the world, for free. We just need you to supply a matching billing and delivery address, for security reasons.
