Logging in

Once Tru is installed, simply click on the icon to open the application to begin. 

If you have not yet downloaded and installed the Tru App please see our iPad install guide

1. After installation the Tru App icon will appear on your iPad Home screen. Simply touch the icon to open the Tru App and start making low cost internet calls.

2. If this is the first time you have installed the Tru App you should create a new Tru account. If you are already using the Tru App on another device, you can use the same account details. 

Enter your details and touch 

3. Begin interacting with ‘TruFriends’, and contacts on all your favourite IM services.

4. Touch the Keypad  button to begin making low cost Truphone calls. A successful Tru connection is signified by a green  button on the Keypad.
