Logging in
Once Tru is installed, click on the icon to open the application and begin.
If this is the first time you have installed Tru, create a new Tru account. If you are already using the Tru App for Desktop or on another device, you can use the same account details.
If you have not yet downloaded and installed the Tru App please see our Desktop install guide
1. Simply open the Tru App from...
Start > Program files > Truphone.
If you have never used the Tru App before choose No Truphone Account? to create a new account.
2. To create a new Truphone account, please fill in all the details as requested.
When you have entered all details press…

Tip! If Truphone was recommended to you by a friend, enter the received referral code for 25p/c bonus credit.
3. Your Truphone account will be setup and the application will launch.
Troubleshooting

If you experience a problem signing in due to incorrect credentials, you may see this message.
Please ensure that you are using the correct username and password. Your password is case sensitive. If you need to reset your password click on the Forgotten your password? button.
If you have an older Tru account, your username might be your Tru number (i.e.'447978800000'). If you wish, you can change this to a more memorable username by logging into the My Account section of the website.
