How to install Tru App for BlackBerry

Installing the Tru App is quick to do – simply follow these steps. If you need more detailed information you can also download the full Blackberry installation guide 

1. You can download the Tru App in 2 ways…

- Text the word “tru” to +447978881111 or +12026838200
- Opening your phone browser and go to www.truphone.mobi

2. You will be sent a text containing the download link
3. Highlight the link in the text and click Get Link
4. Your BlackBerry browser will load the download page
5. Click Download
6. Open the Tru App (usually found in Menu>Downloads)
7. Choose New Customer or Existing Customer

If you are a new user you will be asked to enter some details including your country and phone number. Be sure that the phone number matches the SIM that is in your BlackBerry. As part of your account setup we will call you to verify your number. Just enter the PIN provided and press #

Once set-up, you can login to your online ‘My Account’ using your username and password sent to your email address by visiting www.truphone.com/myaccount
