Gary Cohen has more than 25 years of experience in technology and telecommunications. Prior to joining Truphone, Gary was a Managing Director in Lenovo’s Global Sales Organization. Gary began his career at IBM where he held the position of Business Unit Executive in both NY and San Francisco. Cohen has also served as SVP Sales & Services at Motricity Inc. and VP, Enterprise Markets at Nextel Corp.
Pascal de Hesselle
Executive Director, Channel Sales & Marketing
Pascal de Hesselle has nearly 20 years of experience in IT and telecommunications, with a focus on wireless. Prior to joining Truphone, Pascal has held business executive roles at both wireless start-ups and major carriers. At Sprint Nextel Corporation and previously Nextel Corporation, Pascal was Director of Strategic Alliances, leading key sales and marketing relationships with major partners of the business. de Hesselle started his wireless career at Ameritech Cellular and Paging in the early 90s. He holds an M.S. in Communication Systems from Northwestern University.
Susan Nelson
Vice President Business Development
Susan joined Truphone in April, 2011 and is responsible for Business Development and creating Strategic Partnerships and Alliances for the company. Prior to joining Tru, Susan was the Managing Principal and a Co-Founder of Layer 2 Connections, LLC, responsible for overall strategy, sales and revenue growth of the business. In Susan’s 30+ year professional career she has held executive roles at Sprint Nextel, IBM and Scient, a venture backed start-up company, in San Francisco. In 2005, Susan was chosen as one of the 25 Women in Business by the Triangle Business Journal.
John M. Badillo
Vice President of Sales
John Badillo brings over 20 years of sales, marketing & operations management experience to Truphone from the telecommunications, data networking equipment, IT software & advanced services space. Prior to Tru, John was VP of Sales at Masergy, a global provider of MPLS & VPLS network services. John began his career at Sprint and has held strategic & executive roles at Pacific Bell Network Integration, Packeteer, Nextel Communications, Streamcore & Ecosystem Networks. Badillo holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
