Get a SIM

Call us on 020 3006 4300, email us, or request a call back to get your account set up. We will then send you out your SIM cards and mobile phones, if required.

For added flexibility, you can choose to use BlackBerry smartphones supplied by Tru, or keep using your existing BlackBerry smartphones, as long as they are unlocked.

Keep your number

You can easily move your current number to Tru so your existing contacts won't even notice that you've switched your network operator. Speak to us and we'll guide you through the process.

Use wherever you are, as normal

We have set up a global network, so you can use your phone in over 220 countries. Find out more about our global network here.

There is no change in behaviour required to use Tru. We are a regular GSM network, with no funny prefixes to dial or codes to remember. Just use your phone as normal and enjoy being with the only truly global network operator.
