Our APN settings
Your Tru service includes data and internet access. Data is charged per session, rather than per day, in 100KB increments. The minimum charge for a session is for 100KB.
To use Tru data you may need to set up a data connection, however most of the time it will happen automatically when you insert the SIM into your phone. To do this, please refer to your mobile phone user manual on how to configure data settings and use the following details:
APN: Truphone.com
Username: [leave blank]
Password: [leave blank]
Please note that it is not currently possible to set up a data connection on a BlackBerry device.
Data settings for iPhone, iPad and Android
If you have an iPhone, iPad or Android we recommend that you download our data set-up file, to manage your data settings automatically.
