  You pay for calls to other mobile phones and landlines (calls to other online Truphone, Google Talk and Skype users are free, worldwide). But because we use the internet to route your calls our rates are really, really low - especially for calling internationally or when you're abroad.

  You pay for the calls you make by topping up your credit using the Top Up function on the More screen or in the My Account section of our website (www.truphone.com/myaccount) . From here you can also monitor your call history as well as edit all your personal settings.

  You can use Truphone wherever you have access to Wi-Fi, so you're not tied to just your home or office network. You can connect to Truphone at any public Wi-Fi hotspot, as well as at friend's houses, other offices, conference centres etc.

   

• I like the sound of this but it must be complicated. How easy is it to install Truphone?

  Installing Truphone on an iPod Touch is just like installing any other app - a piece of cake. Once you've downloaded Truphone from the official Apple App Store, you just have to enter a few details on your iPod Touch to complete installation. It only takes two minutes.

  No, as the 1^st Generation iPod touch does not support microphone hardware from the earphone socket.

   

• I don't have a 2nd generation iPod. Is there another way I can use Truphone to make cheap international calls?
