Account setup problems

Our brilliant customer service team have helped us put together the following list of problems that can occur when completing your set up, but if you're still having problems then email support@truphone.com detailing your specific problem. They really will be happy to help.

  • I didn't receive (or deleted!) my account details from Truphone
    If you don't have your login SMS please send an email to support@truphone.com including your mobile number.
  • I can't login with the details you provided
    Please note that the password is case sensitive. If you still can't login, email support@truphone.com.
