How do I get Truphone on my BlackBerry?

During the installation process you should receive two text messages: one at the beginning containing a web link to download Truphone, and another towards the end containing your Truphone number and online account details. If you don't receive either of these SMS messages then call our Support Team.
Make sure that you can browse the web (i.e. are connected to a 3G network). If you are online, but still can't download Truphone, please call our Support Team.
