Step 1: Installation

We've made installing Truphone on your BlackBerry as easy as possible.

To install Truphone:

• Enter your phone number in the Install Truphone panel then click SEND. You will receive an SMS (text message) with a link to install Truphone.
• Open the SMS and click the link to begin the installation process.
• Select 'New customer' then enter your BlackBerry phone number and email address in the appropriate fields.
• We'll then ask you to choose a memorable four digit security PIN number. Shortly afterwards you'll receive an automated call from us asking you to re-renter this number. Doing so correctly will mean you're ready to make low-cost Truphone calls.
• When Truphone is successfully installed on your BlackBerry we'll send you an SMS with your account details including login and password.
