Truphone Thanksgiving Promotion 2009

Terms and Conditions

1. The Thanksgiving Promotion (the Promotion) is available to all Truphone customers.

2. All Truphone customers will for one day be given unlimited access to all calls made to fixed land and mobile lines in the United States of America, the United States Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam (subject to term 4 below) and starting with the dial code +1.

3. This Promotion applies to calls made between 12:00 noon GMT and 12:00 midnight on Thursday 26 November 2009 only. All calls made outside the inclusive call period are charged at the customer's standard rate.

4. This Promotion does not apply to:

• calls made to fixed land and mobile lines to American Samoa, the Northern Marina Islands nor any island, state or country not included in term 2 above;
• calls made by Truphone customers to premium rate telephone numbers, including but not limited to calls to +1 900. All calls made to premium numbers shall be charged at the standard rate; and
• text or SMS messages made to mobile lines in the United States of America, the United States Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.

5. Truphone reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time. Any withdrawal of this Promotion will be notified at www.truphone.com and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they visit the website to ensure that the promoter has not withdrawn or amended the Promotion.

6. This Promotion is organised by Software Cellular Network Limited (Company registration number: 04187081) whose registered office address is at 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3TW. "Truphone" is the trading name of Software Cellular Network Limited.
