Microphone Adaptor additional terms of purchase

Ordering and delivery

All orders made through this website are subject to these additional terms and subject to our acceptance of the order. Your order will be accepted on dispatch of the goods. We can not specify the day or date that the goods will be delivered. If your goods are damaged when you receive them you must inform us within 24 hours of the delivery. Any faults that occur within the first 10 days must be reported to us within this time for a refund to be eligible.

Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days after the day the goods were delivered and a refund will be given. However if you damage the packaging no refunds will be made. Cancellations or an order after 7 days will not be accepted. Any complaints or correspondence regarding returns should be sent to support@truphone.com. Returns should be made using a secure or signed for service. If the goods are returned or cancelled, any special offer or associated with the goods will be void.

VAT, Duty and other tax

Prices for UK and EU residents are shown with the inclusion of VAT at the prevailing rate in the UK. For non-UK and non-EU residents, the price shown does not include VAT. Many countries charge duty on the goods at the point of import, You should always confirm what the import tax and duties will be before placing your order. Truphone bare no responsibility for any such taxes.
