All you need to activate a replacement SIM card is contact the Truphone Help Team with the telephone number on your SIM, the SIM ID and PUK code (both are on the back of the SIM card holder).
All your numbers, bundle allowances and personal details will be immediately transfered onto your new SIM.
Your bills are usually sent by email to the billing contact in your company, but you can also view bills in your online account. All you need to do is log in to your account for more information.
Accessing your voicemail to collect any missed messages is easy - just dial 505 from your Truphone handset. You'll know when you've got a new message because we'll send you a quick notification to your phone.
If you use an iPhone, you may want to modify your voicemail button to call your Truphone voicemail service. To do this on a UK primary number, dial *5005*86*+447408888505# and press 'Call'. This will make the voicemail button call the Truphone voicemail server so you can pick up your voicemail without having to dial the number.
There are very few countries where you won't be able to access voicemail by dialling 505 as normal, but in these countries you'll just need to dial +44 7408 888 505 instead. You'll then be prompted to identify yourself by entering your mobile number, and your voicemail PIN. We recommend you create your PIN before you go abroad. To set your PIN call 505 from your Truphone device and follow the voice prompts.
